Back when I started my first coaching business in personal development, I followed the advice to post daily and go all-in on social media.

I pushed for virality (which actually did happen), tried to keep up with every new trend being thrown my way, and ended up exhausted, overwhelmed and underpaid.

Mix that with being an ADHDer with a brain that does not work in linear ways, and you’ve got a sh*tshow waiting to happen, amiright?

Eventually, I reached a breaking point.

Instead of trying to fix myself, I started questioning the way I was building my business.

I started slowly rebuilding things my way… with approaches that didn't force me to act like an influencer online, create content every day or sacrifice my wellbeing just to make sales.

That became the foundation of what is now my methodology: Capacity-Conscious Marketing™.
